It was an 'ok' experience as a 1st time customer. As soon as I inquired about a vehicle, I was contacted shortly after and invited to come in person to test drive or browse around for something else. Staff remained polite and professional while speaking English, who knows what they're saying in their native language, it sounds so aggressive. The main guy who helps with the financing, he was a tad bit stand offish with his demeanor. Lack of interpersonal communication with potential buyers was kind of awkward. I did end up getting the vehicle I inquired about. However, if financing, the process is exhaustingly time consuming. It was like 4 hours! Waiting on the lender to email documents, then sending them back; waiting another 45 minutes for their responses. I had a slight disappointment when I asked for them to make sure the tires had appropriate air pressure because the low tire pressure light was on in the vehicle. The guy pretended like he put air in them and told me everything was good but when I finally left, the light was still on. So therefore, I give them 3 stars instead of 4.
