I went to our local jiffy lube to get an oil change after some bad experiences at the dealership. I was surprised at the competitive price that I also had my tires rotated. The manager and the employees were very kind and professional. I definitely will return.

Too pushy to buy other stuff.
Had to go back after the oil change because they forgot to reserve computer thing saying I need maintenance required.
First time I went they were great, not this time tho.

Extremely long wait for a "quick lube" and it took my my entire lunch hour to get my oil change. After a $20 off coupon, it still cost $100.00. They recommended a new air filter at a cost of $49.99 + tax. I passed since I could get a filter for $12.00 and change it myself. I also had to reset the oil alert on my vehicle myself, which I have never had to do before. I will definitely check out their competition for better pricing and efficiency next time.
