I was in for an airbag recall. My dash now rattled all the way across, grease on the driver seat, passenger dash and passenger door. Returned to have the issues taken care of and the only thing fixed was the grease on the seat. I will not return to Iron Trail Motors.

What was performed was good. My problem is because my wife brought it in, they thought they could sell her other service options it didn't need. Tranny flush on a vehicle that has only 50000 miles on it??? The service manuel doesn't even mention it till past 120000 miles. Change an air filter for $65???? I'll do it myself for, $10. Do your research before you let them con you into something your car doesn't need!

Cracked the oil pan while doing a routine oil change on my Honda Pilot the very first visit to them. Having to take them to Conciliation Court because they are refusing to own up to it leaving the car undriveable until the oil pan could be replaced. Since then have heard other stories from people at church that they give you an estimate on work only to find out that there are so many other issues they need to fix. Seems a repeat pattern when you hear other experiences with this service center.

I went in for a simple oil/filter change and came out with a cracked oil pan. My mechanic, who looked at the car the next day (my car was leaking so badly from the crack that it couldn't be driven) said that most likely the personnel torqued/over-tightened and cracked it at the dealership since I wasn't shown this till after the oil change and I had no oil leakage at all before this visit. I am taking them to court for this since they refuse to accept responsibility for having done it.
