Wasn't impressed with the service. Hard to track down a sales person. Lot had no parking and cars were very close together . Wanted a test drive until I saw a huge bolt sticking out if the tire and the dealer acted like it was no big deal and that we could test drive it like that. No thank you.

There was a follow up email regarding the inquiry I made on a vehicle via the carmax. I was in preparation to visit the dealership over the weekend. Since we live two hours away, I reviewed some on the comments on Google from past customers and was not pleased with the responses to complaints by the dealer. The way the customer complaints were handled, valid or not, were not professional and turned me against purchasing from them.
