I purchased a car with my own financing. The paperwork from my bank stated "the funds will be withheld for 2-3 business days..." So they let me leave without giving me a temporary plate and I asked several times over the course of a few weeks for them to mail the temporary plate/paperwork to me and they always replied that they either had, are doing today, or will mail it. So I have been driving around for a few weeks with zero identification on the back of my car.

5 star rating!! From our business, Toolie Tim, LLC to BR Autoplex. We drove 1A 1/2 hrs to look at a truck that we saw online. The service was great, but we arrived there close to closing d/t distance. They stayed late for us. We went back the next day to test drive the truck and decided we wanted it but questioned them about the A/C not putting out cold air. They checked it out and changed out the A/C compressor. We finalized the paper work and they were cleaning it, when the owner noticed that the check engine light came on (this was not on when we test drove it). The owner let us take another truck home while they figured out the issues. They were going to deliver the truck to us and swap out the loaner for the one we bought, but 2 tested positive, so we drove back there and swapped it out. This was the VERY BEST experience the we've EVER had buying a vehicle!! Everyone there was amazing!! They actually cared about us and about not selling us junk!!
