Honestly don't know if they actually have the vehicles listed on this site. I went back and forth for two weeks wanting to buy a vehicle remotely. I was told it was available. Then it was sold. Then they reached back out to me said it's available. Then it was sold. Very shady. I have bought my last 6 vehicles online. Never had this experience. Terrible.

I went in to look at a 2006 Ford F150, it had some issues that I wasn't comfortable with. Miles the salesman that dealt with me ended up showing me a 2009 Honda C-RV EX. He helped me out greatly with getting it financed along with accepting my trade in. I've been very happy with the car it runs great and I have had no major issues with it at all. The only issues I've had were minor maintenance items replacing light bulbs and windshield washer fluid cap. I only wish I would have found a truck, because I am doing some work for someone right now that would make it very useful. It gets me to and from work which is the main thing I need it for. All in all I was pleased with H6 Auto and Miles was very easy to work with. I would recommend them to others.

The Photo and condition of the Car Fax (white) 2011 RAV 4 Toyota we saw in the CarFax ad showing seats, engine, and exterior of a CarFax car listed on the H 6 Auto Group website were way worse than photos showed. The listed price seemed surprisingly lower than others of this (reported) condition and mileage, so we drove 1.5 hours to Wylie, TX to see it. Upon viewing, the seats and interior seemed wrecked, and were notably more worn, torn, and damaged than the photos indicated. When my son checked the car's internals with his Fixd OBD2 diagnostic device, the results of the scan included several issues reading as major driving impacts--codes C1201, C1210, and C1336, none of which were disclosed in the CarFax report. The salesman attempted to get us to use the car dealer "better scanner," which still registered several red blinking lights and other issues we did not know how to interpret, and dealer suggested that" such codes were common in cars like this", implying that they were not significant problems despite our tester indicating RED text "Major Driving impact" " on 2-3 issues and advised " seek immediate servicing" . The salesman recommended we try a test drive. We felt unsafe doing so, and parked the car without leaving the car lot. Before leaving in our own vehicle, we contacted a trusted mechanic who had previously approved of our buying the car based on what we told him from the CarFax report. After hearing the above facts, he advised that we" walk away." This was our first and very disappointing experience with Car Fax, and cannot recommend this dealer. The advertised ad indicated a decal with 3 month Car Fax Warranty, but the dealer said "45 days " for a Warranty was his tops. (He admitted the car was from a car auction.) B. Singleton
