The first time I arrived, the car was not available due to an electrical failure. I was told it would be repaired over the weekend. The second time I arrived I actually drove it and the engine light and an error message was on. I was told I would be called when this was rectified. No call as of yet.

I was looking for a mustang ecoboost and they offered me one. On that day we had a call by the morning and we set the appointment and they said the car was available. 1 hr before the appointment I called them to make sure the car was still there and available and they said it was. When I got there they said that they don't have the car and they don't know what happened .... They made me leave my car parked in the place where a work 1 hr away from there and due they didn't have the car and they lied to me...I took buses, train and buses again to got to my home. They lied to me all the time offering to me a car that they didn't have just to make me arrive there and convinced me to get another one.... They made me waste time and money.

After driving five hours to purchase a vehicle which I'd already had financing for, I was asked to wait for potentially hours while other ahead of me finalized deals. No issue there, patience is a virtue that must be practiced. Went for a burger 5 miles away and was called 10 minutes later and told that the dealership was closed and I'd have to come back. Yes another five hour trip!!! Made no sense. They wanted my family to wait for a long time but didn't want to wait 30 minutes for us?? And the other people where still there buying cars!!! Does that make sense to you? A finance guy called the next day and had the audacity to be rude on the phone. They wanted me to put down a deposit to hold a car I'd already traveled five hours to get and had the money for! And a hard inquiry was made on my credit though I was already pre-approved through my major bank that they routinely finance with. Again, none of it makes any sense; the entire situation was weird compared to any other dealership experience my wife and I have had. I can't trust a dealership or what they say about their cars after this level of unreasonableness.

I paid cash, but it still took a long time for them to send the title. I had to pay with a check for the document fees, that they didn't tell me about ahead of time, so I guess they waited for a $294 check to clear, even though they had $14,900 in cash already. They should have the same kind of automatic check deduction from a bank account, like grocery stores have. then they would know that the check was good and cleared immediately. That way, they could sign and turn over the title immediately, so we could go ahead and register the vehicle.

They are good and confident about their pricing. And not negotiate also don't add any hidden fees. But I didnt buy the car from them as I felt is price is little on higher side.
