I had a deeply disappointing experience with Greenwood Automotive. I felt pressured into making a decision before even seeing the vehicle in person. Despite showing genuine interest and agreeing to run my credit, I was repeatedly pushed to commit because I was told the vehicle was "very popular." I had worked a 14-hour shift and did my best to communicate during breaks, then unfortunately had a medical emergency the next morning. I contacted them as soon as I was able, only to be told the car had already been sold. In my 45 years, I've never encountered a more disrespectful or unprofessional sales team. This experience left a very sour impression, and I'll be making sure to share this with everyone I know. I strongly recommend avoiding Greenwood Automotive.
