They had a great car but needed a bit of attention. They performed a full check and changed the oil. There was a crack on the rear bumper and they replaced the rear bumper fascia with genuine Audi parts. Also, they discovered minute cracks on the tire and they replaced all four. They are P Zeros, so it was really nice. They took an extra step also by taking the car to an Audi dealership to check it out and update the software system. Nice touch. Overall a great experience.
