I've always been happy with the service I've received at Golling Kia. And my last visit was no exception. The building is always clean. The staff has always been courteous to me. I like the fact that they explain what was done, 5 point inspection, and what's coming up next in terms of maintenance and service, depending on your mileage.

The desk representative was polite, friendly and able to take me earlier. I let him know I had my tires rotated at 19,000 miles. They were not able to do a car wash because of my bike rack but let me know I could bring my car back for a wash when I take off the bike rack.

They we're a very thorough. In checking the vehicle out and reported my brakes. What needs to be done with the transmission? Basically all the scheduled service that needs to be updated. We're very polite. And all done in the time that I asked to receive my vehicle back.
