Dealer was unaware of the inventory they actually had. Inquired on a truck and they confirmed it was there even though it already had been sold. The dealer never followed up to my email inquiring about details, they just removed the truck from their website. Most unprofessional experience in a while. I would never consider buying from them again.

Spoke with a sales person on March 22 2025 about a vehicle for sale and requested a value for a trade in. He said he'd give my info to the trade in guy and call me back. Didn't hear anything. Sent an inquiry through the CARFAX website on March 27th with same information and received an automated email stating someone will contact me soon, and no one ever did. No response to any of my inquiries, hard to believe this "family run" dealer has been in business since 1966 with this business practice of ignoring potential customers.

It's now been five days not having my car waiting for a repair that should have been completed prior to it having been sold. Overall, the purchasing experience was pleasant, but this is leaving a very sour aftertaste.
