Just awful! We checked before we drove 1.5 hours to Gilly's and the car was available. We pulled in and the dealer told me it was just sold. No apologies for our long drive, no offer to show us other vehicles. Then we heard that the car was returned because of a belt problem and it would be back on the market. Not interested in this dealer!

I sent an inquiry through Carfax. I received a response about 5 days later and it was a very generic short response. I did stop by at the dealership and went in and spoke to the owner, he didn't seem very interested in my business and was preoccupied by the computer. I can't speak to the quality of the vehicles but customer service for me on a score of 1 to 10 was about a 4 to 5.

The dealer was not very forthcoming with information. I went for a test drive on the day we discussed, I never even saw a person there. I found the vehicle, and the sign on it said it needed a new timing chain (not clear from the post) and I opened the door and was STUNNED by the amount of mold in it! Left without ever speaking to someone. NO THANKS!

This truck needed a timing chain and was in the back lot not ready for display and somehow must have gotten wet. Sorry for the mix up. We had it professionally cleaned and put a new timing chain in and now have a happy customer Thanks Gilly

Vehicle arrived undriveable because battery was dead. I jumped and took it to my mechanic for checking, and he said the frame was so rusted that driving the vehicle was dangerous. The seller's online listing should have included a statement like: "Junk Vehicle, Buy Only for Parts." It did not, so I did not know the true condition of the vehicle. Sellers listing lead me to believe the vehicle was in better condition than it really was. Avoid this seller!!!!

I was almost put off my some of the bad reviews, but I honestly think anyone who gave Gillys a bad review doesnt know how a used car dealer works. I worked with Sam and he was great. The car had an issue and you could argue that Gillys should have noticed before they sold it, but I should have noticed before I bought it! And when I called Gillys they were apologetic, got a replacement part and fixed it within 24hrs (with no charge to me). They also gave me a loan car in the meantime. This is for a $3000 vehicle too, so its not like I was getting any special treatment. Strongly recommend!
