I like that they took the extra steps to make sure they could find the issue, my experience was a pleasant one because they made me feel that my concerns was meaningful to them, they made sure I felt comfortable with leaving, knowing that they exhausted all avenues to make sure they found what the issue was.

was two hours behind schedule. they were sharing a tech with the hyundai dealership we would have rescheduled if we had known ahead of time. we drive an hour to be on time and other plans for the day which we did reschedule I never had this problem when i had my lexus

Had a Power Train warning light come on and it turned out to be a minor leak in EVAP system. At dealer's instruction, my car was towed 150 miles to the dealer on June 27th, was repaired on July 1 AND NOT RETURNED UNTIL JULY 12, 15 days later! - and only then after a considerable number of phone calls to Genesis Customer ("we don't") Care trying to get a return tow. Dealer finally was persuaded to provide the return tow themselves. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE WHEN THE CLOSEST DEALER IS THIS FAR AWAY...Lesson learned - trading in for a Lexus or Infiniti. Had no complaints about the repair itself (took 30 minutes or so) - but 15 days without my car was inexcusable.
