These guys dropped the ball big time. First visit I called to schedule a test drive when I arrived I waited over an hour for them to get a battery because it wouldn't start. The van didn't have working heat or Ac. Asked them to call me when it was fixed never heard from anyone. I called a few weeks later because the van was still for sale and I needed to buy a van that day I asked if they had fixed the van an they didn't know and said someone would get back to me in a little while I never heard back from them. Furthermore the day I showed up for my scheduled test drive and the van wasn't ready I was also there to look at a truck the salesman let me wander the lot with an open rack of keys for the vehicles on the lot. No one ever came out to help they completely missed a sales opportunity, as a business owner if my employees let these opportunities slip by they would be fired on the spot. We drove 2 hours out of our way to deal with a top notch dealership and bought a new van with better mileage for a better price. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. You guys need to do better.

They were really great to work with, a day after I bought my vehicle I noticed a wierd noise coming from the engine compartment, turned out to be the air conditioner compressor, they took it in the next day, and fixed my issue

Bought my 2019 Ford Escape SE in 2/2024...also got the full warrenty ($1400) & it's saved my wallet! Flexplate was fixed in 6/2024 ($1375) THEN my engine needed replacing which cost $4000! I had to pay a $200 deductible but it beats the $5000+ hole I'd currently be in. Dave is very patient, especially dealing with my high anxiety/searching on google/catastrophizing self. While I'm disappointed the car didn't have 0 problems for at least the first 6 months, I'm apparently cursed in the vehicle department & they've been nothing but helpful & repairs are done quickly, professionally & they talk to women like they're people without taking advantage of them nor did they make me feel stupid.
