My first experience with Carfax was a good one. The dealer was prompt in responding to my request, when I went to the dealership to view the car, the staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had a family medical issue and was unable to complete the deal at this time. I would use Carfax in the future and would use Gateway Subaru again.

Wonderful experience! Very easy to schedule time to test drive the car we picked. The internet manager assigned us to a sales representative (Steve Dengler) that reached out and had the car ready for us at our scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and very helpful, and reviewed all the features of the car with us. We test drove the car, looked at others cars as well then decided to purchase the car we drove. It was low pressure experience and the dealership was very easy to work with. Steve Dengler did a stellar job for us.

I requested to see if a 2016 Subaru Outback was available. They respond fairly quickly as I lived about 140 miles away where the car I wanted to buy. When I arrived to check out the Outback to make sure what I wanted and bought it right away without any hassle. I drove back home with the Outback! Gateway Subaru is the best place and very reasonable offer what you get from there. They are very helpful what you ask and they will do what you need to get it done right it way.
