Terry at GT Auto Sales treated my Wife and I like he knew us. He asked a few pertinent questions and acquired the necessary paperwork and let me just enjoy my test drive. He followed with no pressure and answered all my questions. I decided finally on a automatic version of the same vehicle that I test drove at the dealership. I would not hesitate to refer this dealership or use it myself in the future.

Not good experience hated it. Called me down there said they had good news only to go down there to say I was not approved then they tried to force me to pick out other cars and tried to school me on the cars I should get to fix my credit. Hated my experience

We had a horrible experience with this dealership we were looking for Cadillac SUV he blew us off we ended buying our Cadillac at CarMax I'm looking for a SL 500 Mercedes but when GT autos came up we decided to pass and to continue looking elsewhere

Hi we deeply apologize as we never want anyone feeling that way. The Mercedes SL500 was going threw service-safety and was waiting on a amp and a couple other parts that we couldn't get being a holiday weekend and Mercedes being closed. We are extremely sorry again as GT Auto is a family business and want everyone happy and to have a great experience but we have to make sure every vehicle we sell goes threw our service department before we can sell it. Congratulations on your new purchase and if you can stop by sometime I would like to give you a gift card and apologize in person. We wish you the best!!!!!!
