Dealer contacted me an followed up with me as I was coming in from out of state to purchase a car for my daughter. The vehicle was in good condition when I arrived. I test drove two cars. Negotiations were simple - price was fixed, though they agreed not to charge the credit card service fee which I used for payment. The cars I saw on the lot looked to be in good shape - it was clear they tried to fix obvious issues. Brakes, tires, suspension, steering, lights, windows, etc., were very good. I would give 5 stars, except that a week later the vehicle started missing and needed new ignition wires ($320). Things like this happen and I feel they should have caught and repaired that. BTW, the touted 30 day warranty was with a 3rd party and essentially useless. Read the full document before you get your hopes up! Otherwise, a good dealer and good car at a reasonably fair price!
