It was easy to make an appointment. I was told by text who my service representative would be. Service was done promptly while I waited. I was given the option of doing additional service that was due while I was there. Pleasant waiting room with coffee, tea, and snacks.

I took my Accord in for the state inspection. Zach Rivkin was my service advisor. I received excellent service. My inspection took less time than I had been told. I appreciated this since I waited for my car in the service waiting area. I will continue to take my car to First Texas. I appreciate the good customer service I received.

Very good. I came at the appointment time. Bobby was at my car within a couple minutes. The loaner was available. The car was ready during the evening and I picked it up the same day. The bill was as I expected. The only slight glitch was an incorrect charge for the loaner (I had not driven the car outside the allowed zone), but Bobby said that he would clear that up.

Service techs figured out a tricky electrical problem and First Texas provided a loaner car while the repairs were diagnosed & completed. Other than the cost, I couldn't be happier. Also not so happy that hanging a handicapped placard from the mirror shorted out the electrical system. Live and learn!

The service was excellent except for the missing screw on my my engine air filter cover,which they said they would replace since the technician lost it. That was 2 weeks ago and today is April 12th,2024. I think that's entirely to long just to get one screw which they do have in stock at their parts department.

Super efficient team! Helpful, patient with explanations. Great waiting area with commodities including drinks, snacks, playroom, work areas nice spread out to allow quiet spaces, plugs & internet access, comfortable spaces. My car runs well post service. Will be using this space for all my car's needs in the future. Highly recommended!

I was a drop in customer with a rattling noise. Service team found a big bolt stuck in one front tire. They put two new tires on the car and did a multi-point inspection. There were some repairs needed that I let slide during the last three years so I agreed to that. Job was done in 2.5 hours. Nice work, First Texas Honda. I will return in a month or so for the other recommended repairs.

There the service was not satisfactory as what service i was looking for was not addressed. Again they say some of services are complimentary, so they stopped the service anytime without much needed from costumer improvement or really need of costumer requirements.

I was told that I needed 4 new tires and when getting a second opinion found out that wasn't true. I've been bringing my pilot to my dealer since the day I bought it 8 years ago thinking I was developing a trusting relationship and wouldn't be taken advantage of but this service tech didn't care to throw a $1200 new tire reco on my service without talking to me about it. I won't be using First Texas for regular service anymore.

For sure a great service center will surely go again straight to the point and no unnecessary scam others like my previous Honda service center used to do. Straight to the open, quick servicing and awesome waiting area I was able to work quite easily and grabbed some coffee from the place which is complimentary.

Car needed new clamps for battery. Had to replace the whole cable since Honda does not allow for or provide an alternative other than replacing the cable. Work was performed competently. First Texas Honda mechanic also went over the car and provided me with a list of possible future maintenance needs. I think First Texas Honda service is excellent.

As usual, Texas Honda has done wonderful work and provided great information, explanation and details of what was needed and an honest answer for time frame of the service due, related to me through my advisor. Prior to that, I got a video clip from the technician who was working on my car. I am totally satisfied.

I have always receive exception service at First Honda. Not this time. The service advisor seems too overloaded to handle each of his clients. Normally I get a survey after the service, but didn't this time. Nor did I receive any texts. After 2 1/4 hours I went looking for my car. Someone else found my keys and paperwork and got me check out. Was not the quality service a have always received from First Texas.

Bobbi Mills was very attentive to my needs and communicated each step of the process. When there was a discrepancy of cost for parts, he rectified it. He also provided timely transportation to and from my work. The only criticism I have is that the service technician did not resolve the TMSR issue.

I went to the dealer to have a chrome part replaced. Service person did a complimentary inspection. He recommended repairs and made it sound like my steering system was in need of immediate repairs. I took it to my regular mechanic who stated nothing needed to be done at this time. I did not appreciate the dealers repair person making me think my car would break down at any time.
