I found them helpful and understanding. They listen to what I wanted and answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend them for a used/pre owned vehicle.

I thought they were friendly and professional. I was a bit surprised when I found out how much pmts would be monthly. I thought it would be cheaper based on a 5 yr loan. The best they could do was 2 yrs. There is a silver lining. The car will be payed off quicker. It was an overall good experience and I'm very happy with my Suburu .

I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from this dealership. The drive from Long Island was worth it as they had the lowest price on what I was looking for. They're a no-nonsense dealership without hidden fees etc.. unlike others I've dealt with in the past. They had a descent inventory and I'll come back for my next vehicle.
by 2012 FORD ESCAPE LIMITED Shopper on 06/24/2021Verified Shopper
this is not a reputable dealer. I set up appointment to see car I e-mailed about.when i got there he sold the car out from under me. I will not deal with them again.people should look closely before dealing with them.

My name is Doug and I am the owner here at First Choice Auto. Please accept my sincere apologies for your recent negative experience. Im sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with your experience. Our goal is always the total satisfaction of our customers. Its always an unpleasant experience to inform anyone a vehicle has sold however the only fair way to offer vehicles is on a first come fist to purchase basis. Id like to discuss what occurred and how we might make it up to you. At your convenience, please contact me directly at 845-350-2086. We value our customers opinions, and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Respectfully, Doug

I offered a 15% down payment, but I got denied and they wanted a 38% down payment. I got a refund, but had to wait 20 days to get my money back
