Boring like it always is. They take the car right away. Let me know what has to be done along with a video. Do the work and wash the car. I wait in a lovely waiting room with coffee and other drinks and food. Could get a ride home if the wait was going to be lengthy. They let me know when it is done (less time then estimated). I pay and leave. No drama, no surprises. Boring.

Service was excellent. I came in to have my remote start issue corrected, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
Stephanie and Dennis were both professional, helpful, and easy to work with. The service technician did a great job everything was completed quickly and correctly.

I initially came in for my oil change but was reminded I needed brake work in addition to some general service related to mileage. And with time constraints I shared with Marco, he worked to get me out in time after speaking with your service team to confirm timing.

I requested a full comprehensive paid inspection of the car as PPI. They said it's excellent and nothing needed. Few weeks later while doing fluids, I found that oil filter housing, engine mounts, rear differential seals and turbocharger were all leaking. Almost $10000 to fix. Horrible incompetent dealership.

Liked everything
Except car was in bad need of a car wash which I got the n cut day at the car wash by my job with same outdoor temp of zero degrees. I also brought it back a week later washed.
Also did not like the new key with the change in design of key fob
Gabriel and the rest of the field's organization was fantastic.

2020 BMW X3 serviced due to a rough cold idle on a used vehicle I had just purchased at Fields BMW. Because I was on vacation, I didn't complain until well after the 10-day used car warranty had expired. Salesman took care of me anyway. Took 3 days to diagnose, during which time a loaner became available. Turned out to be two loose spark plugs, which they replaced for free.

Service was thoughtful and considered. Julio gave good advice as to what needed to be repaired and what did not. Glad to keep my older BMW performing reliably.
The shuttle service (which I had not previously used), seemed a little uncoordinated. No car arrived at my requested time, and then two cars arrived within ten minutes rather much later. Robert, on the other hand, the shuttle driver I did have, was terrific.

Last time when I took my car for service, my service advisor Chris Goodrich, had mentioned that I will need to replace my front rotors and brake pads in the not too distant future or the next oil change.
