After our first experience at an independent dealer, we learned quickly that we should have never strayed from Carmax. With a credit score of over 750, we were offered an interest rate of 10.5. That's when we knew something was wrong. We went to Carmax and got 5.5. Maybe it was the way I was dressed that made them think I was stupid.
