There was some repairs that had to be done before I would purchase the vehicle. Sam had all the repairs done the next day. He also had the vehicle washed and vacuumed just before I took possession of the vehicle.

They didn't even know I had an appointment, they assumed I was paying cash outright and were annoyed when I wasn't. Got the van I was looking at stuck in the mud so I couldn't look underneath it, also they had a car fully parked on the ramp to their building making it inaccessible. These guys were so annoyed I was there and they are not in the business of reasonable financing either. They wanted 40% down. Which I get isn't in their control, but that's the BEST they could do? All of which they could've told me over the phone and saved me two hours of driving.
