Mel at Euro Car tech was very pleasant, and to the point about the car's issues. He not only fixed the car where the car's own dealership had failed to tackle the issue, but he showed us exactly what he did to replace the malfunctioning parts of the car. I was happy with my service here.

I have a 2005 Cayenne, and taking it to the Porsche dealership in Ft. Worth is way too far and pricy for me. I've had small things and a major work done, at Euro Car Tech. They are very good at the work they do, and if I have the parts only paying for labor is not a bad thing with them. They have never tried to overcharge me and as a woman, they are very respectful. I am always sketchy in repair shops working on my car. However, I called, and they said oh, come down, I had a dipped beam error; we need to look at it. Drove in, and after we spoke, he said oh, I can get that fixed in about .30 mins. They were respectful and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Great experience.

This shop was very responsive throughout the diagnostic process and did an excellent job of explaining the work done. They're a busy shop but they were able to get my work done quickly, I picked my car up the following afternoon. Not major work, it needed some tuning and a replacement O2 sensor. The car runs very smoothly now and I'm happy with the work. I'm pleased and will definitely continue to bring them my business.
