Everything was fine. The salesman was real courteous, just shopping around, trying to get the right finance for my bank to cover the cost. The test drive was nice. The vehicle was just what I was looking for nice and clean. Did not have any problems with the engine or transmission as I can hear.

Very difficualt to deal with got my own bank financing however they could not meet the bank request to provide the bank with a copy of the registration receipt so the bank could fund the purchase they only provide a letter of guarantee which the bank does not accept. They claim that the registration receipt takes too long to get back from the tax office. We are at an impass.

The price that was advertised on Carfax 6999 was not what they charged for the vehicle. They sent me an email stating the car had a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. The salesman stated that the car I bought was as is and he had previously told me that, which he didn't.

First getting a salesman was not easy. Secondly fhe vehicle we looked at had all sorts of indicators on (i.e. check engine, something about the tires etc) they were just gonna reset the computer so we would buy it. Very very shady

I love honesty. The car they sold me they new it had problems but didn't share itvwith me. The radio didn't work, driver side seatbelt not working. The car needed an oil change as it stated on monitor then I was told I can go & get that done. Three of the tires were not good & they new that because it was raining when we visited & tested the car. I still bought it because I have a good mechanic. But being truthful will go a long way instead of deceiving customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for this reason. They are a little untrustworthy.
