Specifically asked if there's any engine codes or any oil leaks prior to having my mechanic come & check the car, so our time won't be wasted, & as soon as we started up the car to inspect it we saw a leak right away. All the seller could tell me was "he will fix it" after wasting my time. Don't buy from these people

We went to this dealership in person to test drive a RAV4. We emailed to see if it was avail. We got no response. When we arrived Anil (Oneil) told us it was being serviced and not avail for a test drive. We left and he called us 20 minutes later to tell us it was back at the lot. We could not make it back to the lot this day ( Saturday) so we went back on Monday to test drive it. We liked the vehicle and after a couple days we made a deal on the car. We had arranged for financing and called to tell them we wanted the car. They sent the purchase order and a copy of the title to our lender. ERS motors said they would hold the vehicle. We were ready to pick up the check and go to the dealership today and they texted me and said that another salesperson sold the vehicle when Anil was off the lot. Completely unethical and unprofessional. There is absolutely no reason why we should not have been able to complete this purchase. ERS motors is not a reputable dealer. They I believe simply lied about this vehicle and probably sold it to another person or dealer at a higher price.

So So. The vehichles were very nice and I could only afford one of them. Greated by someone who did not know english and was told to wait for the owner to show up. Waited long enough and he didn't show, so we left.
