From start to finish my experience with Elite Autos was very smooth. I flew to San Jose to purchase my 2014 BMW 335i M Sport with low miles from Simon. Initially I was skeptical as anyone would be if buying a car from an out of state used car dealership for upwards of $20k. Simon however was very reassuring and made the process a smooth and comfortable one. He answered all my questions almost instantly and even picked me up from the airport in the car! I am not one to trust easily but my instincts played out right this time. I saw the car on CARFAX Wed 7/31 and was driving the car by Sat 8/3. The car was exactly as described and the document signing process was painless. I drove the car back home which was an 8 hour drive with zero problems! If an option I would have given a 4.8 star rating only because the engine bay and wheels were not cleaned for me to drive off the lot. There was also a chip in the windshield on the passenger side that I did not notice it until I got on the highway but it was small enough to not be an issue. The interior and body was clean. I highly recommend Elite Autos for your next used car purchase. Loving my new ride which came with a 4-month powertrain warranty!
