While the wait was about 4 hours (2 more hours than I anticipated), the finished product was well worth the extra wait. From talking to the guys at the counter, I could tell that they were very knowledgeable, and their price quote was about what I expected. One late middle-aged guy (nick named UNK) had good customer service skills, and he told me he had been in this profession since he as 15 year old. When they brought my truck around and gave me the keys, I had to look pretty hard to see where the dash cam was installed. I was blown away - it looked like it was factory installed and it has been working flawlessly. In short, I am going to have them do a dash cam install into my 2017 Buick LaCross and I would have no problem recommended friends, family and even strangers to this business!!
