Continue to be disappointed by Elder Ford. They lied about the warranty they sold me. Now I finally have a problem that the warranty specifically says it covers and they just deny it. Service writer never calls you when he says he will. He gives you his direct number but never answers. It's a dishonest place from sales to finance to service. So many better options out there

All the dealerships are trash. Greedy Overpriced with premium dealer add-ons. High mileage multiple owners and accidents, 4k mile warranty for $1500 that is built into the price to increase profit not value. Price is $10,000 to $15,000 over wholesale after all the add-ons making it not worth it.

I went to another dealer for service, they messed up my truck and I vowed never to go back there again. I gave Elder a try and was very happy with the service I received. Didn't ask a lot of questions other than, how can we make it right, and they did. Rami took great care of me and my truck and I will only be going to Elder Ford and seeing Rami for service from now on!

What I liked is the work was completed promptly but what I don't like is every time you have a service done you are expected to write a review about it. This practice is forced upon the consumer with non stop emails and texts. It's not just dealerships that are doing this.

Brought my CPO Ford in for some warranty work. 2 weeks later I'm told nothing will be covered due to a previous accident, prior to my ownership and prior to its CPO status and left having to pay over $600. They did an alignment and cabin filter change. Didn't even wash the vehicle. Filed a complaint with Ford and they are investigating.

I took my car to be checked and the "tech" improperly diagnosed my vehicle so instead of my vehicle being fixed its sitting in my driveway all because your tech didn't properly do their job. I had my car checked out by a different mechanic and found out the actual problem which is dramatically different and much cheaper. I would definitely not refer anyone to or ever go back to Elder Ford.
