Wasnt very happy that the vehicle was gone 3 hours before we arrived. We drove about 720 miles round trip and we told them wed be there around 12-1:00 pm and to call if the vehicle was sold prior to our arrival. No call. Jack however, did give us $30.00 for gas.

I bought the car on 8/15/19 from EFKAMP Auto and had brakes and headlights warnings that I noticed within a couple of days after I drove off the lot. Since I signed the "as is warranty " I took it to the Audi dealership. The rear brakes had to be replaced, left headlights replaced and the running lights, the battery, two air filters, and the airbag recall had not been replaced yet! Do I have any recourse, please help!

Steven: We had this vehicle inspected and our sheet shows that the rear brakes were at 4mm, and we put in a NEW BATTERY! When we spoke you also said that they charged you over $100 for a cabin air filter, that's crazy! If anyone should be getting a bad review it should be the Audi dealership that over charged you! It sounds like to me they over sold you on parts, and replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced. You should have gotten a second opinion, or even given us a call before you had all the work done. In closing, we hope your enjoy your new Audi because they made it new! Efkamp Auto Sales
