Took almost 2 hrs with scheduled appt to change oil & rotate tires. Brought car out wet & only 1/2 attempted to dry - didn't touch windows/windshield or pax side of car & walked away. Cashier was kind enough to grab a couple towels & she & my husband finished wiping it off.

As far as I know the recall repairs were done ok. I was called that completed in a timely manner. When I went to pick up the car it had not yet been washed. I waited a half hour for this. One young lady smiled while taking care of me and went out of her way to find the people that were supposed to be taking car of me. She gets an A grade. Everyone else kind of rude.

I wish I would have been back in the Infinite waiting room. The VW waiting area was sub par. No water, barely coffee, average hard chairs. Also, my car was not washed and vacuumed like at the old Infiniti service center. It was Tuesday and no longer Ladies day. No extra discount. All of us being serviced were woman and we complained.

Could not fix my car (bci malfunctions) even with a video showing what it was doing. They said they cant replicate the issue so they cant fix it. there are no longer any master technicians at this facility.
loaner was filthy, I had to vacuum and take it to the car wash. The service manager is good, but the service itself was not impressive.

Bought the BMW from them. Less then 30 days after purchasing and less than a thousand miles and the motor blew!!!
They refuse to honor the warranty and refuse to honor the states lemon law!
This dealership and service center used to be great. New ownership however is driving it into the dirt. Miscommunication between channels and lack of leadership has one of the best places quickly becoming a joke.
3 weeks ago I had a scheduled appointment for a recall. I live 40 minutes away, drive up there and sat for over an hour before they told me the technician required to do the work wasn't there. I work out of state and I'm only home a couple of days each month. They said they would come pick the vehicle up, bring it in and do the work and then return the vehicle.
Not only have they never done so but I have yet to hear anything from them. They are absolutely horrible about calling you back, returning calls or any kind of basic communication!
I would highly encourage anyone to stay away from this sinking ship.

Excellent service! I brought my car in because the tire sensors werent working. I scheduled an online appointment and when I arrived they didnt have record of my appointment because the system wasnt working. They didnt make it an issue, they quickly jumped into gear and got me taken care of. They had a driver take me home while they diagnosed the problem and it turned out that it was just a simple programming issue with the sensors. The bill was much less than what I thought it was going to be so I was extremely happy with that. Once again they had a driver pick me up to pay and get my car. I was in and out. Quick and easy the way it should be. Thank you Eddys Infiniti!
