Very clean and comfortable seating in the waiting area. All employees are friendly and always acknowledge you. D'Shaun is always available to answer my questions and to show me what I need to do to correct the issues that I have with my 2024 Rogue. A nice assortment of coffee on the coffee bar.Restroom is clean and well stocked. The mechanic that serviced my vehicle was knowledgeable and friendly.

The service advisors are always friendly. They always honor your appointment time. And their price on a synthetic oil change can't be beat. Just a small piece of advice if you wan to do even better.......how about a quick vacuum on the inside of the car...carpets, seats maybe? The extra effort would go a long way. Lexus used to wash my vehicle whenever I ah the oil changed. I was always impressed with that!

I scheduled service for my brakes squealing. When I arrived I realized I had forgotten to mention a vibration while idling. My original concern and the newly tacked on one were both addressed with the same courtesy I've come to expect from Eddie Tourelles. My service was complete in a satisfactory time period.

I get my Rogue serviced every 6 months. The necessary work is done in a very quick and efficient manner. I always wait for the service to be done at the dealership which has a very updated and comfortable waiting area.
