I would assume checking filters would be part of the maintenance service, NOPE it is not, but don't worry. I can just do the job I paid them to do or take it somewhere the job will actually be completed.

The service was good. The only thing that would have been helpful is a report on the vehicle inspection that was done. While they indicated nothing was needed, it would be nice to see things like brake pad status, or other things they looked at.

Issue not fixed. Been in several times and it seems to be just changing parts and resetting check engine light and not fixing the issue. almost $2500 dollars and still has issues.

We had connected with a salesperson via email to let him know we would br driving 2 hours to look at a car on the lot. He said he was looking forward to seeing us that evening. We arrived and were told that the salesman had left and to return the next a.m. We explained that we had driven 2 hours to look at a specific car and had pre-approval for purchase. We were taken into the dealership so someone could be found to "deal with us". Someone came to help us and we told him we wanted to take the car for a test drive. He told us we could take the car out for no longer than 10 minutes and wanted to verify that we were just looking that evening, not buying. The dealership closed at 8 and we were there about 7, so well within the posted business hours. We took the car for a test drive but given the time allotment and the overall customer service we decided that we were not interested.

The length of time it took just to do an oil change. I appreciate the extra steps they take to try to see if you need anything else. But with the way cars are made today. The computer tells you everything and if you like me have the app for your car you already know status of your oil life, when the filters need to be changed. This particular dealership use to have some amazing personal in their service department - now not so much. Since my husband tends to all the up keep on our vehicles he will continue to go back there. If for some reason I need to tend to my own vehicle- I'll most likely not go back there.
