They told us the car warranty was being backed by Fidelity Investments. Instead, from our research, there seems to be no connection. And when I asked for a copy of the car warranty they were selling, they instead provided me with a brochure. I wanted to read about the coverages and exclusions, where are not detailed in the brochure. I was actually interested in the car, and it was as described. But the overall experience didn't feel right, so I passed.

This dealership was mehh! I really wanted to purchase the car at FULL price! I am800 miles away. I offered to leave a deposit, and to make plans to fly there, and it would take about 6 days to get everything lined up! Rather than work with me they said deposits only hold cars for72 hours and are non-refundable! I asked to talk to a manager or someone I could explain the situation. They told me NO, and that I was like others that would not show up! Well, who wants to lose 500 dollars! Not impressed and felt like they only wanted to sell locally !
