They were able to give us a fair deal on our trade in. The Vehicle was in good condition, for the most part. There was a 'star' crack on the windshield that they promised they would replace, but we have not heard from them to make an appointment to come in to fix it and when we call their number it just goes to voice mail and no one will return our calls. I would say that the costumer service is a "1 star operation". The truck needed new tires, but they would not give those to us in the deal and we gave them a trade in with a full tank of gas, but they would not do more than a half a tank on their end (not cool). The price of the Vehicle was reasonable, so that is why I gave them"3 stars".

The sales rep that helped me was Mario. He was the nicest young man! I worked a double and could not arrive to the dealership until closing time @ 9pm. Mario and his team worked with me and stayed late to help me. I did not like the first car they had ready for me, but despite being closed they found me another vehicle and allowed me to test drive around the lot. I was able to get the car I wanted with decent miles and no issues so far. I gave 4 stars and not five due to the cleanliness of the car. For the most part it is was clean. but, before I got the car home that night I found an old rental car form in the car from Hertz.
