I was informed the second I pulled up to the office door that the car sold that morning. I drove 2hrs to get there, did not even get out of the car and was told something that could have been mentioned before I got on the road after I told you I was coming.

After setting up an appointment by text, and my 80 mile journey, upon arrival the salesman said that he had a contract on it. I was not notified as to this development by text however they said they sent an email, which is not my primary way to communicate. Very discouraging.

I asked if the dealer, via email if they would text me photo's of the chassis of the older vehicle I was interested and they replied yes, but none came. Then I texted them, same question, but no response. Then I called them, same request, and I spoke to a person who assured me they would text me some photo's, no response. This process over a week long period. How hard is it to take some cell phone photo's of a chassis? So, I give up.
