The vehicle had un reported rear collision damage, it had new brakes slapped on bad rotors, the struts were bad, possible oil leaks, and some unidentifiable form if rust on the engine near the oil fill that even my mechanics couldn't identify, they had never seen it before.

Terrible salesperson, seemed bored to be talking with me and seemed as though he had better things to do. I went there with a check, ready to buy. Could not test drive, no warranty, no inspection stickers ...so No Sale for me. Would never refer this dealer to anyone

We are sorry you feel this way, I am the owner of the dealership and I personally was showing you this vehicle. Definitely never bored doing my job. But we are following COVID-19 Protocol for test drives. we are not allowed to do test drives on the main street yet (Yellow Phase), we do offer warranties and we are not required to have inspections stickers to list a vehicle for sale.

They were very communicative at first, but after filling out the credit application, I never heard from them again. The vehicle I inquired about was sold but I was never notified and was never contacted about my credit in regards to any other vehicles

Staff was very professional but did not give me the answers I wanted. They said that I would have to apply for financing through a credit union because as an independent dealership they could not work with my bank. There was a further complication arising from COVID and this was not the fault of the dealership but it figured into the equation nevertheless. I was told that personnel from the dealership were not permitted to be in the vehicles with potential customers and potential customers were not permitted to drive the vehicles on the main road so that it was impossible to take the vehicle for a good test drive. On the short, private road reserved for test drives I encountered a problem with the steering mechanism of the vehicle and reported this to the dealership. A couple of days later they called to say that the problem had been resolved and I asked them to have the vehicle inspected; they agreed but only if I was willing to put a deposit on it. I declined. I ended up buying a car from another dealership which had no restrictions about test drives.

Hi Barbara, there has to be a big misunderstanding with this whole scenario. We offered for you to go to your Credit Union to get a better rate then what we would have been able to provide you. Credit Unions have better rates then banks. Due to Covid We are not allowed to go on test drives with people. I understand that you were scared to go by yourself but we have to stay safe and follow government protocols. Barbara Enjoy your new car, sorry we weren't able to help you
