They didn't fix the problem, I explained driver side mirror vibrated at highway speeds. They did not drive the vehicle and stated there was no problem with the mirror. I spent money on Uber because they don't offer shuttle service, and would only pay for five miles of the ride home. I spent over 54k on this truck and the service at Diamond was absolutely horrible.

It took about an hour and a half just to have an advisor check me in. I had a coupon that I received by email but the advisor would not take it because it didn't have my car's vin number on it. Finally on the tv screen the price for an oil change was showing $89.99 yet I was being charged $161 and some change.

I couldn't have had a more better experience. Jonathan was wonderful. Duke was wonderful. The service riders were wonderful. Everyone is super cool and great very attentive to my needs and followed through with what my whole scope was. I recommend them for any automobile purchase experience. Any other service need that I may have for my automobile they went above beyond!

Very poor customer service from Allen. The lady that assisted me in the morning was great and reassured me that I'll have a ride back to the dealership. When I declined $500 battery change, Allen informed me that he couldn't get me a shuttle back to my car around 5 and I had to get my car by 5:30. Very inconvenient and he was rude to me and my husband.

I have nothing but great things to say about Gary, this is the 2nd time I have taken two of my Chevy Cars in for service within 6 weeks. He was communicating with me about status and time frame. I can say Great Service hopefully this Service Advisor doesn't change his customer service skills because he is truly standing apart from others at this location. Thank you SB always great job doing my oil change service.

This place is highly unorganized, they dont care about the customer. From the general sales manager, service manager and service advisors, all mailboxes are full, you cant communicate with anyone but the receptionist. I wouldn't recommend this place if this was the last Chevy dealer in the inland empire. Horrible service. No value for your time. By the way your car will sit for 3 weeks before they even diagnose it. Place is a JOKE

Went in for the first 7500 mile service. Very simple work.. took over 2 hours (with an appointment). Was not updated with status/progress, and the diagnostic port was not closed properly. If this was not done correctly, an issue I was able to see, what else was done wrong that I was not able to see or discover? Or, what was not done at all that should have been done?. Makes one think.

The diagnostics, oil change and the tire rotation was done on 2007 Cadillac DTS I didn't like I dropped my car off at 9:30 and there was no communication tried calling several times could not get any one on the phone. I came back at noon.It's hard to get someone and answer your questions had to find the service manager to locate my car that was done. still have questions that have not been answered.

Salesman was nice, but vehicle was never detailed or gassed up before taking it home. Still finding dirt, trash and food in the vehicle. Windows, floors and seats were dirty. Gas tank was empty. Salesman put in $20 of Chevron gas Not even a quarter tank.

went to get my door unstuck, cost $229. dollars just to look at it. they did unstick it but said it would be 1300. dollars to replace one cable of $14.95 and put the panel back on. I bought on line and replaced myself 35 minutes.. I don't like paying for a workers wage of 1300. a week for a job they said would take three hours and $300. dollars in parts. Is this highway robbery or plain dealership flim-flam-tactics.

The advisor had informed me that the vehicle would be completed in 1hour 30 minutes it was done in 37 minutes which it needed all the services for the twenty thousand miles it wasn't at the 20 thousand yet and I asked him why it took less time he hesitated to answer then he said the mechanic is quick

7:30 appt for oil change. They didn't get it back to me til 4:30 pm. They placed a cover back incorrectly the time before and were looking for the replacement the service guy said. Full of it. And no manager returned my call. Joke of a dealership.
