This was my second install at Desert Fox, first was level kit & shocks, second was an exhaust upgrade. These guys are wonderful to work with, easy to talk to & very professional / knowledgeable at what they do. Not to mention, they found an issue that two dealerships could not... a broken engine mount. Love these guys!

Paid a good amount of money for an alignment. Lets just say I had to take it elsewhere to "Big O Tires" to undo the bad alignment job. It was way off on the camber and castor.

Great customer service. I called around to several places to have my lifted shocks done and was told they weren't available or on back order. I called Desert Rat and they got me in right away. I will be going to Desert Rat from now on to have service done.

EXCEPTIONAL experience at Desert Rat Off-Road Centers - 19th & W Peoria Avenues!!!
Had steel plates by AEV installed to protect the underside of my GMC Canyon Denali.
Barry Brummett, Sales, expertly assisted in ordering (with some cost breaks), acquiring, and scheduling and managing the parts installation. Barry kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining and showing various important aspects, complexities, and issues of the install.
Of note, the provided fasteners by AEV, needed to be exchanged for more appropriate fasteners for this installation and here is where Bill and Martin (Sales) stepped up above and beyond to go to various locations to try and procure the required components to create fasteners, which in the end, the entire team had to configure a new fastener setup.
Technician, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, tenacious in problem resolution in completing what turned out to be a rather complex and tedious and not-so-easy install requiring a little bit of ingenuity and modifications which was immaculate when completed!
All in all, an OUTSTANDING experience and would HIGHLY recommend Desert Rat Off-Road Centers at the 19th and W Peoria Avenues location!
