First reaction by dealership was to ask me to come on site to begin discussing deal/numbers. FINALLY, got numbers put together and they were high - car price was higher than NADA value so no bank would come close to financing that vehicle for that price.

I had spoken to the Sales Representative on the telephone and made an appointment to see a vehicle. My wife and I drove to Franklin, TN the next day and arrived at the appointed time. The Sales Rep told us that they had sold the vehicle close to a week ago, but they had many other fine vehicles to choose from. I responded that I didn't come here to look at many other fine vehicles. I came here to see the vehicle that was supposedly reserved for me to look at and test drive. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Sorry.

Would give them no stars if I could. Had talked to sales guy about lunch time about a vehicle and told him I would be there late that afternoon to look at it. Arrived at the dealership only to be told by this salesperson that the car I wanted had been sold early that morning. Offered to let me look at a new truck at a significantly higher price. Never even offered a sorry you drove all the way down here and we already sold the vehicle. Really feel like they pulled a bait and switch. Will NOT do business with them in the future.
