Please accept apologies for your recent negative experience. I'm sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with the service of the vehicle. Our goal is always the total satisfaction of our customers. We couldn't really verify the problem because the car didn't do anything when we drove it. We communicated it to you and that is why we suggest you to do a tune up since it has 104k, spark plugs needed to be replace and see if that helped the problem . You said that since you bought the car there had been no maintenance done to it. We also told you if the car does the same thing that you said to bring it to us to check it again. Welcome to bring the car and we check it again.
