They advertise CPO but when you go there they say it'll cost thousands more than the advertised price to get the car certified, and they have "no control on what CARFAX website says" Happened twice, so I bought my car from Hoffman Lexus which was much more honest.

This dealership was responsive and we tried to iron out a deal but it fell through because we wanted a certified preowned Maserati warranty and they couldn't do it because they are a Lexus dealership.

The car was just what I wanted, salesman was very courteous and professional. I was all set to buy the car and then the manager added and DARCARS Assurance program to the price in the amount of $2,495. Basically a glorified detail program, nothing I wanted or asked for. The manager said they wouldn't sell the car without it. So, I left without the car!
