I went to that place twice. The first time, I went with my friend, but the car I wanted had already been sold. The second time, I chose a different car, and it was also sold. The prices were good, but the communication among the sales staff was not well coordinated. If you plan to buy a car there, it's best to bring a check and be ready to finalize the deal the same day.

Sales person was helpful but told me manager refused to quote me on my trade in until I guaranteed I wanted to purchase the vehicle through them. Left me not wanting to look at another Lexus so bought a Mercedes from a dealership down the street instead.

Drove 2.5 hrs after agreeing to a price only to me met with kindness and respect to start. Test drove the car with no plates and or copy of my driver's license or nothing. Once we got back we sat at the computer only for the gentleman to raise the price 4k after we agreed on a set price. I reminded the man I drove all this way because I thought a man's word was worth something. He told me that was last month's price it is now July. I guess some people don't want make money. I was there for a total of 31 minutes and would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family.

Started out great, quick response and was welcome to head to the dealership as the car was there and ready to be seen. Upon arrival, with an appointment , We waited 40 minutes to see the car because it wasn't actually there. It was off site at a service center, and no one was able to tell our salesman that and he figured it out after much back and forth. Ultimately I drove the car and wanted it. Upon the car being delivered, it was not detailed, the porter left the car smelling like heavy cologne, and he took my car and plates (he did not have dealer plates to drive back) here we are almost three weeks later and I still do not have my plates for the new car, registration or the second key that I was promised. There were other issues at the dealership during the process, but I think I've stated enough here to get my point across.

In general, the sales rep I spoke with didn't seem interested in selling the car until I asked him did he really want to sell the car. He then made a 180 and was very interested. I asked him what the best deal was and he said he knew his mgr would take 1K off. That was on a Saturday...I asked him to speak with his manager and get back with me on the following Monday with the best deal. I never heard from him so I called late Monday afternoon....only to be told I would not get the 1K off AND, when presented the buyer's order, they had added the following line items: 1. Commission charge of $1419.86 (isn't that supposed to be part of the price of the car?) 2. "Processing Charge" of $995.00 (Whatever that is) 3. "DARCARS Assurance" of $995.00 (Whatever that is) So basically, in addition to not coming off the sticker price, they added $3400.00 in "fees" that they couldn't even explain. I found the exact same car with only 400 miles on it for 2K cheaper than their listing with 1500 miles on it. I would never buy a car from this place.
