Sales Rep was low pressure , friendly, answered all questions as best as he could, allowed me to test drive the car for as long as I wanted. Unfortunately for him, the car was not exactly what I hoped it would be, so I respectfully declined to purchase, although it was offered at a fair price.

Radio silence after I told dealership I was several hours away so I had some questions first about the car. They obviously didn't want to engage via email or phone, they expressed interest in me coming by but I was about 4hrs away. Their loss, I'm driving 5 hrs to SC this week to pick up my new 2024 civic sport touring that I closed on last Thursday. Wouldn't recommend. Insulted by the obvious assumption I couldn't be serious from a few hrs drive away and how communication literally stopped at that point.

The dealership call early once opened. I inquired about the vehicle and wanted to know the out the door cost before I drove an hour and a half to test drive/purchase. I like that they didn't not haggle me into getting all the additional warranties. They even offered me an amount for my vehicle but I had a better deal elsewhere. I know what I wanted and the process took about 1.5 hours from start to finish. Easiest vehicle purchase I've every had. Well worth the travel time because I drove away in my vehicle.

I live a good 50 miles from the dealer and I asked the vendor to disclose all the fees associated with the purchase and failed, I went to dealer tested the car and finally got showed the hidden (in my opinion) the car prep fees closed to $1,900, of course plus processing fees, tags and title. I in the past I bought many cars from DarCars and I had only good experiences. They have the car I wanted, but they should be honest with their fees. I am against they do those fees as longer they state on the advertising Here is the price, plus bla bla bla.
