Got everything replaced and repaired as promised and requested, feel safer now that the repairs were properly fixed and very happy with the outcome of the cost! very reasonable and fair and we feel like we have a new car so to speak! feel like we always can trust these mechanics to the repairs that are performed on our vehicle! everyone here is great! thanks, Jim!

wasn't to happy with the service that was performed,the car rode differently and the tires weren't balanced and the car pulled to the left,they switched a new tire to the other side to see if it would ride better which it didn't,just had the car another alignment this past week(Oct) balanced at another service facility which I was very happy with,the car rides so much better and the work was performed satisfactory to what it's supposed to be,don't think I will be taking our car back here again.
