Left several messages about service and no response. Finally called and the person that answered phone made appointment. The person that had taken care of my service needs for years retired a few months ago. In dealing with new staff I told them I needed an oil change but also needed to know anything else that was normal maintenance and due. They told me no other service but I should have also gotten tires rotated as per carfax reminder. In past Courtesy has done oil change and tire rotation together. Big difference in service area customer service. Considering going to another dealership out of Birmingham area for better service which is where I bought my Buick because no one in sales at Courtesy would call me back.
