They are very rude and demanding and will not come down on their prices even though they are listed well above what they're actually worth and other places have the same thing listed for cheaper. They are not polite and will try to bully you into purchasing with them and will rip you off. Do not choose them there are many other used dealers that you can go to

personnel was good, but disclosure about 2008 ford ranger and all of it's repairs was not given in writing. It took awhile before we could get TITLE and RESISTRATION documents. We never bought a "used" automobile and will never again we had to invest $$$ to bring it up to pass emissions and safety test.

I had an irritating experience receiving multiple e-mails from a salesman named Neal after my inquiry. I work 2 jobs and attend classes. I am unable to check emails during my jobs or classes. Sunday is the only day I have off. The emails escalated in tone from happy to help (which I responded to this one by asking for a link to car as I had been perusing several cars of the same make and model and sent several inquiries to different dealers the night before) to badgering to come into the dealership to finally shaming me for not responding in the timeframe this man apparently wanted a response by. This completely turned me away from ever wanting to visit Continental Auto. If this is the level of pressure I received via email, there is no chance I would submit to that treatment in person. I would suggest Neal work harder on writing to customers with respect and kindness and not like they are a child who needs to be shamed into complying with his will. Come to think of it, you shouldnt treat a child like that either.
