I set up an appointment before I went there. Told them what vehicle I was interested in that I had seen online priced at $13,000. They had it ready for a test drive when I arrived. I took the test drive. Liked the car. When I returned from the test drive the salesman asked me if I was interested. I said yes but I have to treat in my vehicle. He asked me what I want for it so I told him I wanted $1,000 for it. He said if I get you $1,000 for it will that make the deal? I said yes as long as there's nothing added on top of the $13,000 for the car that I'm looking at. He said okay, give me a few minutes to get some paperwork ready. I started signing documents and got down to the cost breakdown sheet, where the snake salesman had added a $680 administration fee. I looked him right in the eye and said I'm not paying over the $13,000 advertised price. That's a bait and switch. I even told you when I returned from the test drive that I didn't want anything added to the 13,000, and you said okay. Those were your words. I've gotten through 20 minutes of signing paperwork and you mentioned nothing about snaking in this $680 fee and just handed me this document to sign hoping I wouldn't notice. So what are we going to do? He began to tell me that every dealership charges this fee and that they cannot wave it. I was very aggravated and felt bait and switched, because I was. But I wanted the car, so I proceeded to move forward. Then when it came to payment, I gave them my debit card, not a credit card, my debit card, And they told me that they could not take a full payment by debit card. They also told me that they could not take my personal check. So I told them that's fine I'm leaving, then they jumped up and said no no don't leave. Just give us a minute. He went in the back for a few minutes, and came back and all of a sudden my money was good there. After threatening to leave. At this point I was just completely disgusted. But I wanted the car, so I paid the price, and left, but I tell everybody do not go to this dealership. They're a liars, they're snakes, they're not honest, and they don't make good deals.

Brandon, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I would have to disagree with your comments that we are liars, snakes, not honest and don't make make good deals. Everything in this transaction was honest, truthful and transparent. If it was not a good deal, I am not sure why you would have done it. Our advertised price was $13,000 and that is what you paid. We didn't bait and switch or try to sneak anything in. Our dealer group has an admin fee that is charged to every single retail customer. Whether it is you, me, the owner or anyone else. It is $604.47 not $680. It was clearly disclosed to you and you absolutely had the right not to pay it. You just simply would have not been able to buy the car as this is not an optional or occasional fee. Every dealership I have ever encountered has an admin fee for the record. You are correct in stating that we do not take personal checks and we have a $3000 limit on cards. We made a call to the owner to see if he would make a special exception for you which he agreed to with your signed acknowledgement. I wish we had not went out of our way to accommodate this request for you as it was clearly not appreciated.

You seemed interested but never came in to see it or drive it. For you to say it was not a good experience, that we wouldn't discuss pricing and not good customer service doesn't seem appropriate since we answered every question you had, and you refused to come see the vehicle. We have a no haggle price that is clearly displayed on the Carfax ad and was told you to on the phone. We are so confident that it is the best price, we guarantee it for 30 days from date of purchase.
