They were able to let me know about what I needed however the agent I was working with we had some miscommunication about other things they said I needed to add. I thought we had already gone over everything. Some things slip through the cracks I suppose but all and all good service and not a long wait.

Holly is professional and friendly. It is nice for GMC to have female employees in the service dept, as this is unusual. I appreciate it. Holly is NOT condescending, as I've encountered at Ford, which is why I didn't consider a FORD this purchase. She assisted me w respect about our Denali Yukon Ultimate. As soon as I entered the service line, I was greeted and escorted to a service specialist. She confirmed that the nail in my sidewall was not repairable and confirmed that my road hazard policy would cover the replacement of my tire. Put my spare on so that I could use my truck while the got the new tire mounted and balanced it. So that when I returned the swapped out the new tire with the spare and I was good to go.

I truly enjoy taking my car in for service here. My advisor Bill treats my car like his, and gives good advice. I'm always kept aware of what's going on, and needs to be serviced. I had my usual oil change, tires rotated, filter changed and back brakes done. Service was Excellent Thanks Guys!

Dealership had my vehicle at 7 AM and said it would be ready in about 2 hours. After I called several times to see if it was ready they finally called me back at 2:30 and said it was ready. I went to pick it up at 3:00 and they did not release my car to me until 4:00. Customer service was the worst ever.

Went in for an oil change and other regular maintenance work, they charged me for a "tire rotation" and didn't even rotate my tires, I know that because one specific tire was low and when I picked up my truck, that same tire that was low was in the same spot. Makes me wonder what other stuff they charge for that they don't do.

Strickland Brothers wouldn't pass it for inspection. Said there was a transmission code failed. Brought it to Elite and they couldn't find anything except an old code that got stored before my old battery quit. They went ahead and did the inspection just to be done with it. Not really a big deal.

Truck was in the shop for a transmission replacement which was very expensive, but no loaner vehicle offered. Had to rent a vehicle for an outside source which added to an already expensive repair job. And a 3% credit card fee added to the repair bill.

Worst dealership I've ever been to. They've had my truck three months still brought it back without driving it with the same problem that I've brought in multiple times prior to the three months they have currently had it. I would not recommend this dealership at all, and would highly recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere.
