Vel was courteous and friendly. He was there when he said he would be, which was important as we traveled 2 hours to look at the car. He was also flexible with payment arrangements. (to be clear, he did not do the financing, but he knew I had been approved for the purchase. It was a weekend, and the funds would not be in my account until Monday..but for my convenience he let me take the car that day, accepting a small down payment, as I had proof of approval). This may seem small, but he saved us another 4 hour round trip. I really appreciated that. The car was as advertised. It's only been a week, so time will tell, but upon inspection and having driven it, I have found no discrepencies. I have no regrets about working with Vel in this purchase.

I was willing to pay extra for the car thinking that since it was backed by carfax the car was in great shape, however I am very disappointed, definitively the car was overpriced and is far from be in great condition, is good flat. It had 2 under engine covers missing, it needs alignment and a new battery also something is wrong with the seats... It took 19 days to get the title from the dealer... Also I am not sure if the dealer is honest, he said he liked the car so much that he put 2K miles on it, according to the documentation on the title that is not true... Definitively not happy paying the overprice.

Dear Mr. David, this review has to be the most unfair and undeserving one I've ever seen, and here's why: I have put 200 miles on that car, not 2000, and I did not only say that to you, I actually turned my screen over, so you can see the miles when I've acquired the vehicle, and miles on the day I sold it to you, with the comment "I have enjoyed driving it for 200 miles while in my possession". Now, calling me dishonest for something you've misheard, is totally uncalled for. This very fact I have communicated to you with both text message and a voicemail, in hopes that after hearing it, you would have redacted this review, but you've never responded to either. And than, the overprice statement: just look at the Carfax report I gave you, you have paid $1700 below retail for a beautiful convertible with 34K miles, perfect Carfax history and all scheduled maintenance performed on time. And yes, that is a great car, sorry, not good, but great! And you actually got a great deal, and if you recall, I've lowered my price by $1000, only because you drove from Georgia with set budget, and we all felt bad that you've wasted your day for nothing, so we did the deal. We are required to provide title within 30 days, yours took 19 days with mailing time included, so I don't get that complaint. About those 2 plastic panels missing, in one of the many service visits, some tech, somewhere, forgot to put them back on. Unfortunate, but quite common. But Mr. David, 1 star rating? That is reserved for those horror stories we hear of, dealers selling salvage and flood vehicles without disclosures, tampering with miles, those should be 1 star ratings, to alert others not to go there. Your car needed a battery and an alignment? Total fix of $200, and had you just called me, I've would have good will it. Than it would have been a 4 or 5 star review instead. As I said in my messages before, please call me with any questions, I'm always here for my customers. Thank you for your business.
