My service from Shawna was very good with good communication, however, the dealership failed to do a repair that should've been under warranty. They also didn't bother to assist me in locating a place to do that repair. I spent 2 days trying to get assistance with this issue. I was very disappointed with Chris Nikel and won't be doing business there anymore.

The issue was resolved successfully. My reason for the Very Good rating was the time that it took to diagnose the issue. The time to repair after the problem was identified was excellent. The work the dealer did with my extended warranty was exceptional.

I won't be back!! First thing they did my oil change and spilt oil all over my engine and made a mess in my garage. 2nd thing I had to drive 45 minutes to them to add a block heater cord because they told me that is all I needed was just the cord, well come to find out I needed the whole thing and was going to be triple the cost!! So no I won't be back!!

Not having a rental available that wasn't a huge truck when I'm being told there's rental options available to drive in the meantime of not having my vehicle for an entire week with no follow up information in the process? Lowered it drastically. However I command the woman that helped me with the repairs and recall. If she can offer me a better deal than any auto shops i usually take my cars too I will work with her specifically.

They were very prompt. They got my new tires put on ,balanced, and aligned within the time frame they gave me. Also they had a shuttle driver take me home and pick me up when my truck was finished. The quote they gave me was exactly what I paid. Very friendly associates.

There's no excuse when you schedule a 7am appointment for an oil service and arrive at the facility to be 1st in line and then have to wait and 75 minutes for your oil service to be completed. And then be told that you're "short staffed." Short staffed? We were first in line at opening. Don't offer appointments if you don't have the staff to handle it. We're not retired with a lot of time on our hands.

Called for appointment and was able to get in the next day. They were ready for me on arrival and took vehicle straight into the service area. Work was performed while I waited and I was in and out in about an hour. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

My jeep was serviced promptly and was even given a bath. The only thing I don't like is the massive increase in price but that is just the way it is. All the service agents are super friendly and helpful. My service agent Mike kept me informed as my car was being serviced. He needs a gold star and a doughnut.

Chris Nikel Chrysler Jeep Dodge did an excellent job as usual. They got my 2022 RAM 2500 Diesel in for a Factory Recall. They scheduled me in the same day I called and worked me in before noon when I told them I was leaving on a trip. They are always ready to assist.
